Return Policy

RETURN OF GOODS

Requirements for returning goods:

- The returned item is unpacked and the original packaging is intact.
- The returned product is clean.
- The product must be unused.
- If the above conditions are not met, the product shall be deemed non-returnable.
- When returning the product, the order number and the buyer's name must be indicated.

Returns can be made within 14 working days. The customer is responsible for the delivery of the returned goods and is responsible for ensuring that the returned goods are safely packed and undamaged. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

If you return part of your order, you will not have to pay for the gift you received during the special offers. This amount will be deducted from your refund for the returned item(s).

If the gift voucher is used during the booking process, there is no refund in the event of a return. It is possible to exchange the purchased goods in accordance with the return conditions provided.

The returned goods must be packed in a protective packaging such as a bag or box and must bear the following information:

Once the courier has delivered the product, a team of experts will inspect it and determine whether it meets any of the above conditions. If it is found that the product has not been returned in accordance with the above conditions, the product will not be refunded. Otherwise, the money for the returned item will be credited to your bank account within 14 days.

The chances of receiving a defective product are extremely low as the product is inspected by 5 different quality experts before it reaches the customer. However, in the event of such a case, please do not use the product and inform us as soon as possible. In this case, we will replace the product and accept the costs at our own risk.

In cases where the defect is not under our control and is found to be intentional, the product will not be replaced or refunded.
